Research and innovation programs focus their activities and allow an investment above critical mass, involving different aspects of Trentino. They include the entire spectrum from research and innovation to production and services for end users, and offer strong focal points to create structural collaborations at the international level among universities, research centers and companies.

Our research will be focussed on two transversal programs in the scientific-technological field: the Future Internet, and Embedded Intelligence & Systems. Moreover, our research will focus on three vertical application domains: i-Services for Public Administration, Business & Citizens, biotechnologies for life science and health (Life Science), and Energy & Environment applications.
